Alltel and Content Vendors Being Sued over Billing

Finally joining the ranks of other carriers, Alltel and several content vendors have been hit with a lawsuit over their billing practices. The suit claims that Alltel isn't trying to authenticate the billing that the third-party vendors file, deliberately charging subscribers for services they did not intend to sign up for.
