Back in November of last year, we talked about Verizon's plans to release the dual CDMA/GSM version of the Samsung i760 . From then on, we haven't heard anything more about it. Until now. Not that Verizon or Samsung are announcing anything, yet. It's the FCC where we spotted the i770 smartphone, which looks familiar and if we're right it will be the globetrotterin' version of the i760 model. Both GSM and CDMA radios are on board, as well as WiFi and Bluetooth. HSDPA may also be in the mix, but there's no proof about that. Considering the look and feel of the Samsung i760, I guess it would be wise for Verizon and/or Samsung to release the device ASAP. Its design is getting kinda outdated, especially when you compare it with TyTN II or God forbid XPERIA. [Via: Engadget Mobile ] --- Related Articles at IntoMobile:
