Another Nokia phone spotted on FCC; Nokia 2760 for T-Mobile
devices | fcc | nokia | nokia 2760 | nokia america | nokia fcc | nokia t mobile | t-mobileThis isn’t exactly the hot news, but seeing a Nokia phone appearing at the FCC’s website is interesting nevertheless. The reason is obvious — even though the Finish giant leads the pack with the third of the overall global mobile phone sales, it doesn’t sell that many phones in the States. Anyway, the FCC revealed low-end Nokia 2760 clamshell, which is heading to T-Mobile. Nothing too exciting here — there’s Bluetooth and a VGA camera on board — it’s yet another cheap phone in T-Mobile’s, most probably, prepaid offering. We’d rather see some Symbian S60 “multimedia computer” instead… [Via: Engadget Mobile ] ---Related Articles at IntoMobile:Nokia 3555 spotted on FCC; Heading to AT&T AND T-MobileNew Nokia phone spotted on the FCCNokia 6263 spotted hiding out at the FCC with T-Mobile 3G compatible 1700Mhz bandNokia 6267 spotted on the FCC pagesThank you for submitting news about the E65 getting approved by the FCC but it isn't exactly blog [...]
Nokia 3555 spotted on FCC; Heading to AT&T AND T-Mobile
3555 t mobile | devices | fcc | nokia | nokia 3555 | nokia fcc | nokia t mobile | t mobile 3g | t-mobileIt was the end of October when we first saw the Nokia 3555 and we though it’s will be the AT&T thing only. Today, I am happy — yes, happy — to report that we were wrong. Nokia’s low-end 3G clamshell was spotted at the FCC’s website from where we’ve learned it will also end up in T-Mobile’s portfolio. The right frequency is there (1700MHz), and now it’s just a matter of patience — which we’re slowly losing — to wait for the Deutsche Telekom owned mobile operator to finally roll out its 3G network in the States… [Via: Engadget Mobile ] ---Related Articles at IntoMobile:Nokia 3555 leaked; Heading to AT&T?Sony Ericsson K530c spotted on FCC; Heading to AT&T or China?MOTORIZR Z6tv MediaFLO phone spotted in the FCC listings; Heading to Verizon?Pantech's dual-sliding C810 spotted on FCC siteSony Ericsson Z250a/i approved by the FCC; Heading to AT&T?
Nokia 5610 XpressMusic cleared by the FCC
devices | fcc | nokia | nokia 5610 america | nokia 5610 xpressmusic | nokia fcc | xpressmusic phone fccIn case you live in the U.S. and wanted to grab a decent mid-range music-centric phone, you’ll be glad to know FCC has recently approved the Nokia 5610 XpressMusic. What seems as the direct successor to the popular Nokia 5310 model has kept the slider form factor, yet it know has a much better 3 megapixel camera. Nokia’s Series 40 is running the show, meaning you’ll have one of the easiest to use phones on the market — not that other feature phone platforms are more complicated, it’s just that Nokia feature phones are known to provide great out-of-the-box experience. At the moment of this writing, we’ve no idea whether some carrier will pick it up, but you’ll always be able to grab it at one of Nokia’s flagship stores in New York or Chicago, or directly from the handset maker’s website.
