Telcel is the carrier which will offer the Windows Mobile smartphone, which boasts both a full QWERTY keyboard and a standard numeric keypad. There were some confusions in the blogosphere. This isn’t the Pantech Duo 2 model, or the C820 which we saw slipping through FCC. Rather, it’s [...]

Helio Ocean 2 spotted in the flesh
devices | helio | helio ocean | helio ocean 2 | ocean 2 | pantechWith Helio downsizing its operations, possibly in preparation for a takeover from Virgin Mobile USA, there are probably mobs (in the loosest sense of the term) of Helio customers worried that they may never get to lay hands on the Helio Ocean's smarter, better, faster, stronger successor, the Helio Ocean 2. Alas, their worries might not [...]
Pantech C820 slips through FCC; Pantech Duo 2?
devices | fcc | pantech | pantech america | pantech c820 | pantech duo 2 | pantech fccLet's see, the Pantech Duo is actually the model number C810, so what kind of a device would wear the C820 "badge?" Maybe Pantech Duo 2? We're not sure of course, but that certainly makes sense. To be fair, the "Duo 2" is kinda awkward name, but hey, if Intel could do it, Pantech can [...]

Pantech's newest SKY handset - Pantech SKY IM-S300 Romantic Wave
announcements | devices | pantech | romantic | s300 | sky | wavePantech’s bringing a bit of romantic flair to its SKY lineup of mobile phones. While the Pantech SKY IM-S300 doesn’t tout the technological “whizz-bangery” of the Pantech SKY IM-R200 , the SKY IM-S300 does turn up the notch on the fashion side of things. With a set of curvy navigational buttons, the Pantech SKY IM-S300 is essentially a cosmetically tweaked Pantech SKY IM-S200k - and Pantech’s pushing this thing as the “Romantic Wave” (a fitting name, given those “wavy” nav-buttons on the front face). Of course, no handset with a name like the “Romantic Wave” would be complete without a touch of Pink - the Pantech SKY IM-S300 features Pink-accents to complement the 2.2-inch display, 1.3 megapixel camera, and music player. South Koreans can expect to pay about $430 to ride the “Romantic Wave.” [Via: JustAMP ] ---Related Articles at IntoMobile:Pantech Shooting Star will cost you $550, specs don't match price pointPantech Sky IM-S200KSKY IM-R200 Revealed By Pantech & Curitel - LCD Keypad SliderSKY IM-U200 Swivel Phone SpiedBSkyB selects Symbian OS
