WTF?! Why can’t I hear the caller on my brand-new Apple iPhone? Is it some crazy bug that’s keeping the earpiece volume on permanent “mute?” Oh wait. Damnit. The plastic film that covers the brand-new iPhone also obscures the earpiece. What? You mean I have to actually put the earpiece to my ear? Double damnit.
