Frengo launches interoperable mobile social apps…

social networking | the digital life | user-generated content

Now we mentioned Frengo on IntoMobile when it launched some time back, but now "Social mobile services" company Frengo has announced a "suite of applications that interoperate across popular sites Facebook, MySpace, hi5, Orkut and Bebo, enabling users to interact with existing contacts as well as discover like-minded individuals regardless of their particular social networking affiliation." Wow! That's a mouthful! It seems to be a recent trend where there are layer upon layer on "social mobile service" aggregators appearing, both on the web, and on mobile - whether consolidation will occur is one question, but in the meantime, who to use to tie together your online social experience, is entirely another!
