Japanese phones are so kick ass they get signal from South Korea

People living at the most southern point in Japan are being charged for international roaming because their mobile phones are getting signal from the cell phone towers in South Korea, 53 km (33 miles) away. If that isn't amazing, I don't know what is. NTT DoCoMo says 38 models exhibit this problems and the only solution is to deactivate international roaming in their device.
