Microsoft: Windows Phone 7 Series to support Silverlight, XNAMicrosoft recently outlined a few development features of the Windows Phone 7 Series platform. "If you are a Silverlight or XNA developer today you're [going to be] really happy. New developers to the platform will find a cohesive, well designed API wet with super productive tools," Microsoft's Charlie Kindel said.
