Orange UK launches it's Internet Radio

Orange UK has started to sell it's LiveRadio device, which utilises an ADSL connection and Streaming technology, to listen to up to 4000 internet radio stations. Because it's using WiFi, it's also not location-limited within/near to the user's house. The LiveRadio isn't a new concept - but the spin by Orange is that tracks users like can be bought through the Orange music store. The tracks then are downloaded to a user's computer and Mobile device. Finally, the device can also play MP3s. The LiveRadio apparently got a launch in France last year, and did 10,000 units in sales, in just the first few months. The cost in the UK (online, at Orange's site) is £99.99. Obviously Orange as looking at ways to add value for their subs, and this "service differentiation" is one of them - neat touch with the convergence angle on the download too.
