AT&T today announced the Pantech Slate, the world's thinnest device with a full QWERTY keypad.
By integrating a full QWERTY keypad into a slim frame, the Slate is designed with text messaging in mind. It offers an integrated 1.3-megapixel camera to snap photos and record videos.
The Slate provides methods to stay connected with mobile email services and instant messaging capabilities. Bluetooth connectivity lets users talk wirelessly through headsets and handsfree devices.
The Pantech Slate will be available in late October for $49.99 with a two-year agreement and mail-in rebate.
