Samsung L870 is the first Soul smartphone?
Roughly a month ago we posted about six upcoming Samsung phones . One of the devices mentioned was the L870 smartphone, and now, thanks to the Mobile.cz, we have more details to report about that particular device. The upcoming handset looks kinda familiar making us think this is the first Soul smartphone. To be fair, I don't see a haptic-feedback display at the bottom of the device, but other than that, there are quite a few similarities. The L870 will run Symbian 9.3 with S60 3.2 (Feature pack 2) on top of it. Other specs include tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900), 2100 UMTS, 3.6Mbs HSDPA connectivity, 2.3-inch 260K color screen, 3 megapixel camera for taking photos and front VGA camera for video calls, FM radio with RDS, Bluetooth, and of course microSD memory slot. No word on WiFi nor GPS. As for the release date, Samsung will reportedly officially announce the device during Communic Asia on June 17th in Singapore. Stay tuned as we uncover more… [Via: Unwired View ] --- Related Articles at IntoMobile:
