Sprint sure got that new firmware out fast. Following on the firmware problems that left the door open to let the common user access an engineering menu and wiping their handset clean of any firmware bits, Sprint and LG have already released the fixed-up firmware for LG Rumor users to download post-haste. The new firmware is available to Sprint’s LG Rumor owners and is an OTA (over-the-air) download, so updating your LG Rumor is as easy as a couple button-presses.
