Sprint sells towers to TowerCo for $670 million

Sprint has announced the sale of its entire network of towers, approximately 3,300 in total, to TowerCo. The sale netted Sprint roughly $670 million, while TowerCo will take over maintenance of the towers and lease their use back to Sprint. Read the full story here.
