<title>McAfee, Symantec release anti-virus apps for Windows Mobile</title>
 <link>http://www.skipbx.com/mcafee_symantec_release_anti_virus_apps_for_windows_mobile.html</link>
<description>&lt;p&gt;Just in case you don’t feel secure enough about your Windows Mobile device, two of the leading anti-malware developers has announced their anti-virus and anti-trojan solutions for Windows Mobile platform. As you’ve probably guessed from the title of this post, it’s McAfee and Symantec which have announced VirusScan Mobile and Norton Smartphone Security respectively, with latter also announcing support for Symbian v9 (S60 3rd edition and UIQ 3) based devices — even though we still have to see any serious threat for the Symbian 9 platform. Anyway, if you crave for additional security - these two apps will certainly help you sleep better (and longer). More information is available on McAfee’s and Symantec’s websites.
