TipSoft SMS helping fight crime, anoymously

There's a new service called TipSoft that allows crime witnesses to seamlessly help police to send anonymous tips via SMS, without revealing its identity to the authorities. Users send a message to the central number that strips user's identifying data and forwards it to law enforcement. The anonymity is two way, so if the police want to ask for further details they can only do so by using the service in reverse.
