Local mobile search and directory assistance services provider V-ENABLE announced that a full-featured, Java ME-based downloadable version of FreeMobile411 is now available to Sprint customers. This easy to use and fast voice-enabled application allows users to simply speak what they are looking for by holding the talk key of their phone, and seeing the results displayed on the screen within seconds. Unlike most other directory assistance solutions, FreeMobile411 not only gives access to 140 million residential and 14 million business, listings but it also allows users to browse by category, get maps, driving directions, see other businesses nearby and more, all for free. On top of all that, the user is also provided with the option to connect to an operator, if still needed, at any time during the process. Sprint users can register for FreeMobile411's service and download the app via link in the SMS they will receive upon registration. Non-Sprint customers can register to be notified when FreeMobile411 is available for their handset and carrier, or alternatively use the mobile internet version of FreeMobile411 by visiting freemobile411.com from their mobile phone's browser. --- Related Articles at IntoMobile:
