Will the real PSP Phone please stand up?
Sit back down, Sony. Despite fairly significant consumer demand for a legitimate PSP Phone , you’ve failed to deliver PSP-branded handset aimed at mobile gamers the world over. There have been patents , rumors , concepts , and fakes circulating the internets, but you still can’t seem to get a PSP Phone to market. As such, you’ll just have to take a back seat, with your millions upon millions worth of R&D budgets, to a lowly PSP hacker with the skills to bring the PSP Phone to life. Said PSP hacker took his precious portable gaming console, the PSP, and mated it with a thin Haier touchscreen mobile phone. The PSP was modified to fit the thin touchscreen handset in its backside, where the UMD drive used to reside. With a bit of intestinal fortitude, steady hands guiding a soldering iron, and some creativity, this PSP enthusiasts has crafted the world’s first REAL PSP phone. For now, the only way to get your hands on a PSP Phone is to actually make one for yourself. Or, you know, get a PSP-dwarfing iPhone and install a PlatStation emulator . So, what have you got to say for yourself, Sony? Hanging your head in shame? We thought so. [Via: JustAMP ] --- Related Articles at IntoMobile:
